Our Sterling Silver Rectangle Kintsugi Signet Ring is a stunning contemporary twist on a traditional signet ring design. The ring features a flat mat sterling silver slim rectangle bezel with a engraved Kintsugi inspired crack down the middle that is filled with gold fill. Kintsugi translated means ‘to patch with gold’. It is a Japanese art form in which breaks, and repairs are treated as part of the object’s wonderful history. Instead of hiding away the repairs, Kintsugi celebrates them, fills them with gold and turns them into the focal point. Kintsugi isn’t about perfection, it is about seeing the beauty in imperfection.
